O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking transfer of Matrimonial

Case No.2422 of 2023, titled as “Gaurav Joshi Vs. Megha Rawat“

pending before the Family Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to

the Family Court, Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

2. Pending this Transfer Petition, the parties have settled

their dispute out of Court and have produced the Settlement

Agreement dated 08.03.2024 and the same is taken on record.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and also

interacted with the parties. The parties would endorse the

submission made on their behalf by their respective counsel that

disputes between them have been settled out of Court in the light

of the terms and conditions specified in the Settlement Agreement.

Today, the learned counsel for the respondent handed over Demand

Drafts for the amounts mentioned in Condition No.3 to the learned

counsel for the petitioner, for handing over them to the

petitioner.

4. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the parties have

jointly moved an application, being IA No. 61915/2024 seeking

invocation of the power of this Court under Article 142 of the
