O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
He states that the petitioner has already
informed the investigating agency that she does
not want to pursue the FIR registered at her
instance at Ahmadabad. He states that the
authorities are taking action on the basis of the
said request.
Heard learned counsel appearing for
respondent.
On perusal of the records and the fact that
two cases are already pending at Rohini, we
consider it appropriate to transfer HMA No.
372/2019 ,titled as “Amit Kumar vs. Snehlata”
pending before the Court of Principal District
Judge, Family Court, Karnal to the Court of

Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini, Delhi to be
tried together.
Records shall be sent by the Court where
proceedings are pending to the transfree Court
promptly and without any delay.
The transfer petition stands allowed in
the aforesaid terms.
