1. Leave granted.
2. By judgment and order of varying dates, which are impugned in
these appeals (dated 20th May, 20251 and 17th July, 20252), the High
Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur has rejected the appellants’ prayer for
bail.
3. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and

perused the materials on record.
4. The present case pertains to a large-scale cyber fraud operation
involving a loss of ₹76,67,042/- (Rupees seventy six lakh sixty seven
thousand and forty two) only and ₹38,54,812/- (Rupees thirty eight lakh
fifty four thousand eight hundred and twelve) only respectively. The
proceeds of the fraud were allegedly routed at a Bank account for
cyyber cheating, an FIR bearing No. 0044 of 2025 was registered at
Police Station Cyber Crimes, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, against th...
