UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Respondent no. 1 (Caveator) has not filed counter affidavit
despite four weeks time granted on 12.01.2026 by Hon'ble Court.
Hence, two weeks time as last opportunity is granted to file the
same. If filed let the same be taken on record, else further
opportunity would stand declined.
Service was complete on respondent no.2 on 02.02.2026 but
none has entered appearance.
After expiry of two weeks, Registry to process the matter
for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
