UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The issue is of the year 2019 and despite several
opportunities being granted to the petitioner, defects have not
been cured. Giving some reasons, the learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks some indulgence for granting further time for
curing the defects.
2. Acceding to the request of the petitioner, finally four weeks
time is granted for curing the defects, failing which this
application stands dismissed without further reference to the
Court.
