O R D E R
Leave granted.
Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on
27.01.2023, the medical board of the King George’s Medical
University, Lucknow, has examined the appellant and submitted a
report. The report indicates that the general condition of the
appellant is very poor and he is on stretcher. The report further
states that the appellant had a history of surgery for left renal
cancer in July, 2022 and he also had a history of stroke in
August, 2022. The report concludes that the overall condition of
the appellant is poor.

In view of the said report, the appellant shall continue to be
on interim bail, till the High Court takes up the D.B. Criminal
Writ Petition No. 600/2022. It is open to either of the parties to
move the High Court, as and when necessity arises, for
appropriate orders.
The appeal is disposed of in the above terms
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
