registered at Police Station
Runisaidpur, Sadar, Sitamarhi, for
the offences punishable under
Sections 30(a), 32, 36 and 41 of the
Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
2) While issuing notice on
20.11.2025, by way of interim relief,
direction for not taking coercive
steps subject to cooperation in the
investigation, was issued.
