Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh
steps nor has filed fresh particulars for service on
respondent No.3 in light of Registrar Court’s order dated
21.01.2026. Today, more time has been sought. Hence, last
opportunity is granted to take fresh steps and to file fresh
particulars by 25.02.2026. If needful is done as above,
notice be issued immediately and list on 24.3.2026, else
Registry to process the matter for listing before the
Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
