UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Delay condoned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

High Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the Insurance

Company at the admission stage. In fact the argument raised by

the Insurance Company is that its a case of false claim. The

number of the vehicles involved in the accident was not

mentioned in the FIR. It was planted later on just with a view

to claim compensation.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 22nd May,

2026....
