1. The Directors have been served through email but no one is
present. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 shall
provide the mobile numbers of other Directors to the Registry
during the course of the day.
2. Issue bailable warrant to the Directors in the sum of
Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for their presence before
this Court. The bailable warrants be served through the Station
House Office of the concerned police station.
