Family Court, Bareli, Uttar Pradesh.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Having considered the contentions made across the Bar,
we do not find any reason to allow the transfer of the said
proceedings.
4. As such, the present Transfer Petition is dismissed.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
