O R D E R
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (Wife).
By this petition, the petitioner-wife seeks transfer of
F.C.O.P No.1074/2022 titled as “Vempati Sitaram vs. V. Sowmya”
pending in the Court of Family Judge, City Civil Courts,
Hyderabad, Telangana to the Court of Family Judge,
Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. It is stated in the application
that there are multiple proceedings pending inter se the
parties in the Courts at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh and
therefore it would be appropriate that the subject proceeding
be also transferred there so that it would be convenient for
both the parties.
On 10.02.2023, after considering the submissions,
following order was passed:-
“Issue notice.
In the meanwhile and until further orders, further
proceedings in petition bearing F.C.O.P. No.1074/2022, titled
as “Vempati Sitaram vs. v. Sowmya” pending adjudication before
the Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, Telangana
shall remain stayed.”
The Office Report dated 29.03.2023 indicates that notice

was issued to the sole respondent and that service of notice
is complete as per postal tracking report.
None has appeared for the respondent.
