O R D E R
1. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for
the appellant, and not disputed by the learned counsel
appearing for the respondents that the amount of Rs.2.85
crores has already been paid by the appellant to the
respondent nos. 1 and 2 as full and final settlement of
the entire disputes between the parties and nothing
further remains to be done in the present appeal.
2. Hence, in view of the above, the impugned order
dated 20.09.2023, passed by the National Consumer Disputes
Redressal Commission, Delhi in Consumer Complaint No. 1521
of 2019 stands satisfied.
3. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
