O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The challenge laid in the instant appeals is to the interim
order dated 07.11.2019, passed by the High Court of Judicature for
Rajasthan, Bench at Jaipur, in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.17914/2019, which, vide the subsequent order dated 22.03.2023,
has been directed to remain in force till the Writ Petition is
finally disposed of.
3. As far as the main case is concerned, the Writ Petition has
been admitted without any date for final hearing. In this context,
we have heard learned Senior Counsel for the parties and carefully
perused the material placed on record.

4. With a view to obviate the hardship being expressed on
behalf of the appellants, may be partly, who have not been paid
compensation for the acquired land at the commercial rate, we
direct the respondent-Railways to deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Lakhs) with the Registrar General of the High Court
within two weeks. The Registry of the High Court shall invest the
said amount in a Fixed Deposit Receipt, in a nat...
