O R D E R
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner
seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.958 of 2025, titled
“Kolagani Srinivasulu v. Kolagani @ Nune Deepika”, pending
before the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District at
L.B.Nagar, State of Telangana to the Family Judge Court,
Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,
we are of the opinion that interests of justice require
that the petition should be allowed.

3. Accordingly, F.C.O.P. No.958 of 2025, titled
“Kolagani Srinivasulu v. Kolagani @ Nune Deepika”, pending
before the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District at
L.B.Nagar, State of Telangana is hereby transferred to the
Family Judge Court, Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh.
4. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings
are pending to the transferee Court promptly.
5. On an application made by the respondent, the Court
to which the case is transferred shall permit the
respondent to appear through video-conference on all dates
except on the dates on which her personal presence is
absolutely mandatory.
6. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
