1. Pending disposal of the Transfer petition, with the consent of
learned counsels of both the parties, the matter is referred to the
High Court of Karnataka annexed Mediation Centre at Bengaluru for
an amicable settlement.
2. The Mediation Centre annexed to the High Court shall nominate
an experienced mediator and extend its institutional support for
conducting the mediation. For quick access and co-ordination we
