Respondent nos.2 to 10 are duly represented.
Service is complete on respondent nos.1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 11.1 to
11.4, 12.1 to 12.3, 13 and 14, but none has entered appearance.
Respondent nos.1.2 and 11.5 have expired. Ld. Counsel for the
appellants has filed an application for deletion of the names of
the above mentioned respondents from the array of parties.
It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that
though the application seeking deletion of the names of deceased
respondent nos. 1.2 and 11.5 has been filed, yet he first wishes
