1. These Transfer Petitions under Section 25 of the Code of
Civil Procedure, 1908, seek transfer of cases bearing M.C.No.305 of
2022, titled “Bollini Monica Ethirajulu vs. M. Deepak”; G. &
W.C.No.209 of 2023, titled “M. Deepak vs. Bollini Monica
Ethirajulu” and M.C.No.6300 of 2023, titled “M. Deepak vs. Bollini
Monica Ethirajulu”, pending before the Court of the learned
Principal Family Judge at Bengaluru, Karnataka to the Court of the
learned Principal Family Judge at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
2. Despite service of notice upon respondent, none has entered
appearance.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and taking
into consideration the grounds taken in the Transfer Petitions, we
allow the Transfer Petitions and direct the transfer of cases
bearing M.C.No.305 of 2022, titled “Bollini Monica Ethirajulu vs.
M. Deepak”; G. & W.C.No.209 of 2023, titled “M. Deepak vs. Bollini
Monica Ethirajulu” and M.C.No.6300 of 2023, titled “M. Deepak vs.
Bollini Monica Ethirajulu”, pending before the Court of the learned
