Leave granted.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Admittedly, the material witnesses have already been
examined and, therefore, there is no need for the continued
custody of the appellants.
In such view of the matter, we are inclined to set aside
the impugned order. The appellants shall be released on bail,
subject to such conditions imposed by the Trial Court as it
deems fit for the aforesaid purpose.
The appeals are allowed in the above terms.
