1. In spite of this Court’s deprecating time and again the
practice of passing interim orders, granting permission to the
colleges to admit the students, by the impugned order the learned
Judge of the High Court has done so. No reasons also for passing
such extraordinary interim orders are reflected in the impugned
order.
2. In that view of the matter, issue notice.
