UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
We are not inclined to entertain the present contempt petition
and leave it open to the petitioners to take recourse to
appropriate remedies, as may be available in law.
At the same time, we reiterate our earlier orders, which
require the district authorities including the nodal officers to
take all precautionary as well as other measures, ensuring that
there is compliance with the law, the orders passed by this Court,
and peace and harmony is maintained.
