UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The High Court has dismissed the writ petition of the petitioner as pre-
mature. We find no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order
of the High Court; hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
2. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to pursue his remedy in regard
to any subsequent cause of action by moving the appropriate forum.
