UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order
passed by the High Court. However, the cost imposed by the
High Court is reduced from Rs.5 lakhs to Rs.2 lakhs, which
shall be deposited as directed by the High Court.
3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
