Nos.7254/2024 & 7255/2024 respectively, the original appellant has
deposited the amount of Rs.4 Crore with ARCIL.
2. Ms. Amrita Narayan, the learned counsel appearing for the
respondent(s) confirms the receipt of the payment of Rs.4 Crore
from the appellant – herein.
3. In view of the aforesaid, we now close this litigation.
4. The contempt proceedings shall also now stand terminated.
5. Miscellaneous Applications are disposed of in the above-terms.
