UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We are not inclined to entertain the present
petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution
of India.
However we leave it open to the petitioners
to approach the High Court for early listing of the
matter, which according to them is against the
demolition drive being carried out and as such,
according to them there is great urgency.
