UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1) Subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards
litigation expenses to the respondent (wife), notice be
issued, returnable in six weeks.
2) The amount of Rs.50,000/- be deposited with the
Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks. On
such deposit, the amount be kept in interest bearing short
term Fixed Deposit of a nationalised Bank.
