O R D E R
1. Application for listing review petition in open court is rejected.
2. Delay condoned.
3. As per the office report dated 1st April, 2025, the review petition is
defective. Despite communication of the defects to the learned advocate
for the petitioner, the same have yet not been cured.
4. Be that as it may, it appears that the SLP(C) No.14304 of 2024 was
dismissed by this Court by an order dated 9th July, 2024. The petitioners in
the said special leave petition have now applied for a review of the order
dated 9th July, 2024.
5. Having perused the petition and the grounds urged in support of the
prayer for review, we are of the considered opinion that no case for
review has been set up.

6. Consequently, the review petition is dismissed being defective as
also on merits.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
