as last opportunity to take fresh steps and file fresh

with regard to service on the sole respondent. If needful is
done as mentioned above, issue notice through both modes
immediately and list on 02.04.2026. However, if needful is not
done as above, Registry to process the matter for listing before
the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
