UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. A perusal of the FIR would prima facie show that the dispute
is of a civil nature.
2. The High Court has not even considered the basic facts and
rejected the petition on the ground that the charge sheet has been
filed.
3. The approach adopted by the High Court, in our view, was not
correct.
