1. Delay condoned.

2. Heard Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner.

3. The counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody

for nearly 15 months since he was arrested on 12.10.2023. It is

then submitted that for those, who had invested in the petitioner’s

Scheme, machinery and raw materials were supplied but

unfortunately, the business model conceived by the petitioner, did

not succeed.
