UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner at a
considerable length and on carefully perusing the material placed
on record, we find no ground to interfere with the impugned order
dated 04.10.2024, passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at
Indore.
2. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
3. As a result, the pending interlocutory application also
stands disposed of.
