Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing HMA Petition No.26 of
2022, titled as “Prince Katoch vs. Neha Bhandari”, pending before
the Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh to the
Family Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; she cannot travel a long distance
of more than 500 kilometers; and, she has to take care of her aged
parents.
3. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 12.02.2025.
4. Steps for service be positively taken within two weeks.
