UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
As per office report, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to
file spare copies for issuance of notice to respondent.
However, as prayed two days time is granted as a last chance
to the petitioner, for the said purpose.
If spare copies are filed, Registry to issue notice to the
respondent and list again on 6.2.2025.
