1. As per the Office Report dated 16-02-2026, this Review
Petition is defective and the reasons thereof are mentioned
therein.
2. Despite the Registry’s letter dated 19-12-2025 addressed
to the counsel for the petitioner informing him to cure the
defects, still the needful has not been done so far.
3. This review petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking
review of the Order dated 03-09-2025 passed in the captioned Civil
Appeal whereby the said Appeal was dismissed.
4. We have carefully gone through the said Order and the record.
In our opinion, no case for review is made out. Consequently, the
review petition is dismissed being defective and also on merits.
