UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner submits that the issue here pertains to the medical
fitness of the petitioner to join as Constable (Executive) in the
Delhi Police. In pursuant to the order passed by the Division
Bench on 12.11.2024, the petitioner is called for review medical
examination and accordingly at this stage, the counsel prays for
adjourning the matter to await the outcome of the Review Medical
Board.
