1. In view of order passed by us on 19.11.2024, this Court, while
confirming the conviction, modified the sentence of appellant
No.1 to the period already undergone and accordingly, he was
directed to be released forthwith.
2. Accordingly, while confirming the conviction of the appellant
Nos.2 and 3, and in view of the aforesaid order passed by us
on 19.11.2024, the sentence of appellant Nos.2 and 3 also
stands modified to the period already undergone by them.
