Upon being mentioned, the matter is taken on board.
2. Ms Liz Mathew, the learned Senior Counsel produces a copy
of this Court’s order dated 11.12.2024 in SLP(Civil) No.29522-
29523/2024, and refers to the second sentence in paragraph
No.4. The counsel submits that the widow of the defendant
No.4 was in possession of the plot which was identified for
sale but there was no construction therein and therefore it
should not mistakenly understood that the person was residing
in the said plot.
