UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Let the notice be issued to the respondent, returnable

after four weeks.

2. In the meantime, it is directed that in the event of

arrest of the petitioner in connection with F.I.R. No.464/2023

dated 18.06.2023 registered at Police Station Sanganer Sadar,

Jaipur City (South), he shall be released on bail on the terms

and conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court, subject

to his joining the investigation.
