Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing Petition A No.95 of
2024, titled as “Rahul Ajay Pawar vs. Chetna Ajay Pawar”, pending
before the Family Court, Dhule, Maharashtra to the Family Court,
Indor, Madhya Pradesh.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; she cannot travel a long distance
of more than 300 kilometers; and, the proceedings prior in point of
time inter se the parties are already pending at Indore, which are
being defended by the respondent-husband.
