Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the
offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406 & 420 of the Indian
Penal Code. His anticipatory bail application was dismissed by the
High Court. Being aggrieved, the petitioner approached this Court.
