O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant is aggrieved by the denial of
regular bail by the High Court of Jharkhand at
Ranchi, vide order dated 12/08/2025 passed in
B.A. No.6674 of 2025, in connection with FIR
No.58 of 2025 dated 19/05/2025 registered on

the file of P.S. Jaridih, District Bokaro,
Jharkhand, against the appellant and two others
in relation to offences under Section 64(2)(m),
303(2), 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita, 2023.
3. The appellant has been in custody since
23/05/2025. We are informed that the charge-
sheet has already been filed and 11 witnesses
have been listed by the prosecution. The
charges have also been framed but the trial is
yet to commence.
4. Considering the length of incarceration
suffered by the appellant, we are of the
opinion that continuation of the same is not
warranted at this stage.
5. The appeal is accordingly allowed, setting
aside the order dated 12/08/2025 passed by the
High Court of Jharkhand. The appellant shall be
released on bail on such appropriate terms and

conditions as may be fixed by the Trial Court.

trial and shall...
