1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC read

with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, the

petitioner - wife seeks transfer of divorce petition bearing

CP No. 738 of 2024 titled “Aswanthram vs. Arunambika”, filed

by the respondent – husband, pending before the Family Court

at Bhubaneswar, Odisha to the Court of Principal Judge, Family

Court, Salem, Tamil Nadu.

2. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –

wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her,

the Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered

accordingly.

3. Consequently, the divorce petition bearing CP No. 738 of

2024 titled “Aswanthram vs. Arunambika””, pending before the

the Family Court at Bhubaneswar, Odisha is ordered to be

transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,

Salem, Tamil Nadu.

4. The entire record pertaining to the said case shall be

transmitted forthwith by the transferor court to the

transferee court.
