Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing Divorce Case No.150
of 2024, titled as “Krishna Murari vs. Suchita Goyal”, pending
before the Family Court, Begusarai, Bihar to the Family Court,
Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she is living with her old parents; and, the proceedings prior
in point of time inter se the parties are already pending at Agra,
which are being defended by the respondent-husband.
