Prayer for an oral hearing in the review petitions is

There is an inordinate delay of 1791 days in filing the
present review petitions. However, having gone through the review
petitions and also the documents enclosed, we do not find any good
ground and reason to review the order dated 09.12.2019.
Accordingly, the review petitions are dismissed on the ground
of delay as well as on merits.
