Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing HMA No.437 of 2021,
titled as “Sandeep Sharma vs. Tannoo Sharma”, pending before the
Family Court, District South, Saket, New Delhi to the Family Court,
Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she cannot travel alone; she is at an apprehension of threat
to her life in Saket; and, the proceedings prior in point of time
inter se the parties are already pending at Gautam Budh Nagar,
which are being defended by the respondent-husband.
