Application for exemption from filing c/c of the impugned
judgment is allowed.
We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
We are inclined to issue a limited notice on the issue
with respect to the charges pertaining to Sections 409 and 420 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860 existing simultaneously.
Accordingly, issue a limited notice, returnable on
18.03.2026.
