Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This is a petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of
Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of Matrimonial Petition
No. 869 of 2019 titled Harshankit versus Pritish Bharti pending
before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Gautambudh Nagar,
Uttar Pradesh to the Principal Judge, Family Court at Samastipur,
Bihar.
Having heard counsel for the parties and having considered
the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper
to allow the transfer petition. Accordingly, Petition No. 869 of
2019 titled Harshankit versus Pritish Bharti pending before the
Principal Judge, Family Court at Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
be transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court at
Samastipur, Bihar.
Let the records of the case be transferred to the concerned
Court without delay.
The Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly.
All pending applications shall stand disposed of.
