Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing Matrimonial Divorce
Petition No.521 of 2024, titled as “Luv Kumar vs. Rupa Kumari”,
pending before the Family Court, Haridwar, Uttarakhand to the
Family Court, Gaya, Bihar.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; she cannot travel long distance
of more than 1150 kilometers; and, she is unemployed and dependent
on her father.
3. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 11.02.2025.
4. Steps for service be positively taken within two weeks.
