O R D E R
The petitioner-wife seeks transfer of M.C. No. 6668 of 2024
titled “M.G. Ramasankar vs. G. Vinodhini”, pending before the
Family Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka to the Family Court at
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Mr. Sangramsingh R. Bhonsle, AOR, on caveat on behalf of the
respondent-husband accepts and waives notice.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that
the respondent has filed an application seeking transfer of another
matter, which was filed by the petitioner-wife, in Tamil Nadu, to
Bangalore.
The submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent
would thus reveal that the respondent is already in the State of
Tamil Nadu and contesting the matter in Coimbatore.
In the said circumstances, the captioned transfer petition is
allowed and M.C. No. 6668 of 2024 titled “M.G. Ramasankar vs.
G. Vinodhini”, pending before the Family Court, Bengaluru,

Karnataka stands transferred to the Family Court at
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
The Family Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka shall transfer the
entire records pertaining to the said case to the transferee
court expeditiously.
