O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant challenges the judgment and order dated
31.07.2025 in CRP No.894/2025 titled “Mohammed Sirajuddin vs.
Mekala Chkarapani” passed by the High Court for the State of
Telangana at Hyderabad.
3. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant.
4. Finding the Bench not to be in agreement with the case
advanced by him, the appellant, through learned counsel, seeks
time to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the
demised premises to the respondent/landlord on or before 23rd
August,2027. Prayer accepted.
5. The appellant shall furnish an undertaking before this

Court to the effect that he shall vacate the premises on or
before 23rd August, 2027. The undertaking, in the usual form,
shall be filed by the appellant within three weeks from today,
failing which the Registry shall take appropriate steps.
6. The appellant, through learned counsel present in Court,
has been made aware of the consequences of breach of such
undertaking, including initiation of contempt proceedings.
7. The arrears of rent due and payable, if any, shall be
positively cleared within three weeks from today.
